These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delhi, India.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms
